No. There's isn't enough space to make it portable due to the space taken up by the iPod/iPhone and the user's ego.

If someone would actually come up with a projector that had basically a laptop merged into the top.
You could just open the top, boot it up and run everything from there, via disk, sd, usb and any others. You would only add about an inch to the top and you would make my life so much easier.
